- Pre-payment is required on all orders. Most orders will be sent out within 72 hours upon receiving payment. Shipments are subject to delay depending on weather conditions, postal deadline, and delivery areas. You will be notified with shipment tracking numbers, and/or any change in the shipping date. Pumilio.com reserves the right to delay or cancel shipment if safe parameters for shipping are not met. All shipments will be made by Delta Dash or United Cargo. The Consignee has the right to waive these restrictions or choose another shipping company, provided they assume all responsibility for any loss or damage during shipping.
- Payments can be made by Check,
Money Order, Visa or MasterCard. All Personal Checks must contain
the following information: Name, Physical Address (NO P.O.
Boxes), Home AND Work Telephone Numbers, and Valid Driver’s
License Number (including State of Issuance). Credit cards must
be accompanied by valid Identification. Please allow 2-3 weeks for
credit card refunds. All Personal checks must clear prior to shipping.
Items will be held for up to 8-days, until checks clear. If after
8 days a check does not clear, the items will be placed back for
sale. There will be a $30 fee on all returned checks. Merchandise
and/or livestock may be held for up to 2 weeks with a 25% non-refundable
deposit.
- Sales tax will be charged for
all California residents at 7.75%.
- Live arrival is guaranteed. Satisfaction is guaranteed upon arrival. The consignee must be there to pick up the shipment with 2 hours of the actual arrival time, otherwise the "live arrival" guarantee becomes void. All claims of damage, loss, or dissatisfaction must be made within 24 hours upon receipt. We will not be held responsible for all claims made after 24 hours. After notification is made, the return of disputed items to Pumilio.com is required. Postage on returned items shall be paid by the customer. Refunds and/or replacements will be issued upon receipt of returned items, and after a review of the case. All Claims of negligence due to the shipping company shall be made by the consignee. Refunds will not be issued by Pumilio.com, if the shipping company is found at fault. It is the consignee’s responsibility to pursue the claim with the shipping company. If the invoice total is more than the maximum insurance allowed, the Consignee and Pumilio.com shall split the difference.
- All show sales are final. Customers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise and/or livestock prior to sale. Pumilio.com shall not be held responsible for merchandise and/or livestock once it has been purchased and removed from the immediate area of sale.
- All international orders will
be charged a minimum fee of $55 for U.S. Fish & Wildlife inspection.
All orders requiring C.I.T.E.S permits (International only) will
be charged the $25 C.I.T.E.S fee. Other fees may apply. Minimum
for all International orders is $1000.00 U.S. Dollars.
- Pumilio.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
